Does racism have definite and positive definition?

I hear blacks saying whites are racist, I hear whites saying blacks are racist. Is there an answer? Is there a solution or will the indians get involved?

no matter what..theres always gonna be alot of jerks in this world..some people are some people arent..white and black...i know i get picked on like crazy cause im asian..and im in high school so its the worst scenario there..people just need to learn to f*ck off

There is not one human being on the face of this earth that is not Racist against something..... And only people that suffer from low self esteem are hate someone for their race, creed, or religion... You know Webster yes the one that wrote the Webster Dictionary....
