  1. so i've heard but usually thats only during cold weather.


  2. not always . u see the rain first comes out of the clouds in colder weather it gets colder then it turns snow which is almost exactly the same thing.

  4. Not always.  In warm climates it is possible for water vapor to condense into droplets then grow by a process called Collision/Coalescence.  Once big enough, the droplets fall as rain, without ever having been frozen.
