no neither does crystal beast saphire pegasus to get them get their tins i got a perfect jesse deck

no, but it was in the japanese jesse pack. you'll have to get the rainbow dragon tin to get it...

No, every card you need comes in Jesse Anderson, except, Sapphire Pegasus, which is in Force of the Breaker, or Rainbow Dragon, which comes from Tactical Evolution.

Also one the subject, another good card for your deck would be Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder.

Pegasus, Rainbow, and Hamon all come from collectors tins aswell, so since they are rare, i suggest buying those.
