  1. No.

    What seem to be random may not be random.

    In an ideal environment, there is only one cause and one effect.

    But in the real world, there can be any of the following

    1) many causes and one effect

    2) one cause and many effects

    3) many causes and many effects

    4) one cause and one effect

    Just because people cannot tell the cause or causes that create the effect, they assume that it is random.


  2. I don't know what you mean to say but as far as I have understood this question, my answer is NO...because

    Less randomness is cause and More randomness is effect.
