Does red bull and other energy drinks contain any alcohol traces?

So i have been told by my mom whois a doctor and another doctor after they decided that they are going to do a little bit of research about red bull. my mom told me that red bull and other energy drinks contain alcohol in them is that true?

Energy drinks do not contain any alcohol. If a beverage contains alcohol, even in small amounts, the manufacturer is legally obligated to mark the container clearly as an alcoholic beverage. The proof of the beverage also has to be displayed.

No manufacturer would be stupid enough to put alcohol in a beverage without marking it. The consequences for the company would be far too serious.

I have heard that before too, but it's just ppl talking.

They would not be sold to anyone (kids, minors) if they did.

No alcohol, just a lot of caffeine.
