Yup, I got the gold edition and it works fine. Runs smooth with thousands of little visitors to my large parks.

i cant get it to install on mine coz it sez thers not enough space, even though my comps brand new wi virtually nothing saved on it yet. My sis got it to work on vista tho, but it was painfully slow.

It'll work perfectly fine. It works on any OS except the old ones and Mac.

Don't know. but my friend has a lot of hassle playing some of his older games with Vista. I stick with my trusty XP.
