  1. its possible because you are using your chest muscles (pectoralis major and minor if you wanted to know) and as you develop the muscle, you tend to use the fat stored around that area...and breast tissue has a fair bit of fat

  2. i don't know but i used to do a lot of jumping jacks and i wen down a bra size :(

  3. it will build chest muscle, and get rid of fat. which is what b*****s are.  it would firm them up, and slightly make them smaller. depends on how much you do it.

  4. Nop

  5. Breast tissue is just fat, so if rowing makes you lose weight (fat) then yes.

  6. maybe.  Women's b*****s are mainly composed of fat.  the bigger you are (typically) the bigger your b*****s are and vice versa.  Doing exercise, rowing a boat, will cause you to lose weight thus= "possible" weight and bust loss.  Honestly, I would not worry about it.  Exercise is sooooooooooooo good for us.  You get your hinney out there and you exercise girlfriend!!!

  7. no way. it makes you more muscualr and lose weight but if anything its pumping up the chest party! am i right?

  8. It builds the chest muscles, and that should provide a stronger platform for them.

  9. No

Rowing will not decrease or increase your breast size.

Only if you are dieting will you decrease in breast size.

What rowing will do is if your breast are sagging from age building that muscle will perk them up Not make them bigger just give them lift.

  10. i wouldn't think so, its just another way to exercise...
