I'm interested in rowing, but I am afraid I could become bulky. Thanks!

  1. You may get stronger but if you are already small it is not very likely that you will become really buff.

  2. nah, you won't become bulky. That's definitely one thing you don't have to worry about in the sport of rowing.

  3. Rowing is cardio with strength.  Actually difficult to get buff.

You'll lose some fat, and build some muscle. But buff ? probably not without steroids.

Big women stay big, slim ones stay slim.

You'll likely get shaplier legs and arms, have better posture, a flatter belly,  and more energy.  How could you not want that ?
