Does rubbing alcohol really help you get rid of the black things on your neck?

my friend wants to get rid of her black neck using rubbing oil but her mom said it does not work so plz help me help my friend.

just use papaya soap.It will take a while just be patience.or Over the counter bleaching soap but extra careful these fast acting soap may cause some skin reaction.Good luck

Black Things? Like Black heads? what is the black things?

First of all Alcohol is a antiseptic and a drying agent. Check www.webmd.com to see if you can find out what the black things are first and they can tell you how to get rid of them!

by black things, do you mean black heads?

If you do... rubbing oil on it won't help.

Black heads are caused when dirt and oily stuff gets stuck in your pores.

Try some Clearasil face wash or anyother cleanser. If you are not sure, ask your mom.
