  1. not really but it helps toning your body, especially your legs. but if you wanna build upper body muscle, try to do some weight lifting.


  2. No !!!!! Continous running decreases muscle mass !!! You are basically wasting away hard earned muscle! Lifting free weights everyday will build some upper body mass!

  3. Nope, but it is great for you on the inside and on your lower body.  Add push ups, crunches, and pull ups!  You'll be perfect!
