Does running help build strength in my lower back? And is it the most effective way if not what is

  1. A lot of people would say no but I definitely say YES! I've had a few back problems and after running/jogging for a while I did notice more strength and a lot better posture in my lower back.


  2. Running does increase the strength in your lower back, it is not the most effective way to do so.

    You can do exercises to better focus on those muscle groups.
