  1. I think it will, as long as you are eating healthily.  Wait and see but I think you're on track.

  2. You'll burn fat from everywhere, if you've any spare to burn.

Women are supposed to have a little bump on their tummy though - not much, but its unnatural for someone who has been through puberty to have a perfectly flat stomach unless they're überathletic, in which case they probably don't have enough body fat to have a normal menstrual cycle.

  3. yes scruches help aswell

  4. Yes, running will help a lot!  Diet is important too.  If you want to lose weight in the middle, try cutting out sugar for awhile (a couple of weeks) and see if it doesn't make a big difference.  As for thighs, those are tough.  Squats and lunges are good.  Also, try shuffling from side to side.  Stand sideways and shuffle one way, then back the next.  I usually do this after I run on the track.  I'll go about 2/10's of a mile total, one each way shuffling.  You should be able to feel it in your thighs the next day.

    Here's a link to a blog I wrote on avoiding sugar.  http://buzz.prevention.com/community/sha...

  5. yes! running helps SO much with your stomach and legs! holding yourself up while propelling yourself forward does WONDERS for your abs!

  6. I am pretty sure it should for exercise helps burn calories and lose weight..

i dont believe results will occur right away but you'll see changes after a little bit of time with running
