Okay so , i'm way more than i should weigh . Like a 100 pounds overweight . And I am determined to start running everymorning . And remember i'm only 13 , so I don't know a whole lot about this stuff. So anyways , if i ran everymorning , ate healthy and enough times daily , walked to school one day a week , went to the gym 5 times a week , and did stomach , leg , and arm excersises on the side , would I lose weight quickly because i'm young and doing all of this , and if since i am working out hard , does it increase my metabolism ?
