  1. Well, it all depends. For example, if you ran a mile, jogged a mile, and walked a mile, the running would do the best for you, because it is taking the most physical effort. But if you were to run a mile and walk, say, a mile and a half or two miles, that would be the same thing as running a mile. So, it really depends how far you go with each thing. If you make it all relevant, they will all have the same effects on you. Hope this helps =]
