Does running lead to an abnormal hanging/loosening of the s*****m (Wear tight underwear they say)?

I run 7-9 kms, 5 days a week and this is my schedule since a month and wear the normal briefs.

  1. I dont know if this is exactly what you are talking about but any time i go to run i will try to use them boxer breifs then do a good job. I had a problem but once i ran more and lost more weight i realy dont have the problem


  2. not that i've noticed, i've run about 30-40 miles a week for a number of years (i'm 18 now) and I am fine

  3. You should wear supportive underwear when doing any type of physical sport. It helps give you a bit of protection down there. I doubt it would cause a loosening of your s*****m though.

  4. I am 43 years old and have been running since I was in jr high. I only wear normal briefs and things are fine. Keep on running!
