Does running long distance negatively effect muscle growth?

i mean not running for like 45miniutes but running for like 20-30minutes at a time. will this decrease the amount of muscle growth i get because i work out. and i still want to gain muscle.

  1. running long distance can be bad if you do it to much and dont eat enough. its also good to do it 3 or 4 times a week but you can also do other things along with that that will help. you can do sit ups eat salad and meat, well pretty much eat a balance meal only one sugary thing a day. push ups are good for arm muscles and going to the gym COULD be good but just so you know, going for a run is better than a tred mill because you dont use your legs as much on a tred mill.
