Just wondering. and how much should i run a day?

  1. umm wow. im sry but that was a dumb question! of course running makes u skinny unless u eat so much that u never lose any.


  2. well if you want to stay skinny just do leg lifts (for your abs), don't do sit ups cause that would mess up your back, or run and do leg lifts i would go with that if i would want to be skinny

    and if your fat then it will slim you down

  5. it will make you skinner by burning off  more calories than you eat. running works on all of your muscles. i run in the morning at night for 5 miles but you can choose what works best for you. :)

    How fast do you plan to loose the weight?

    Are you planning to run only or do you plan to incorporate other weight loss techniques?

    The point is I don't know how much running you need to do, but I do know that the exercise will not hurt. So, run, walk, skip jump just move your body! :I

Yes.  It can speed up your metabolism and make you burn calories.  But I think weight resistance training can make you lose weight, too.  Especially for girls.  A lot worry that they will build big muscles, but that is actually difficult to do.  It can really tone you up and make you look good.  For best results, do a cardio exercise like running and also weight training.  Speak to somebody that knows about this stuff so that you do it right and avoid injury.  Either ask someone who knows, read some books, or hire a personal trainer for a little while.
