Does running or Jogging get you abs?

if it can, how much times should i run around the block DAILY

or how much minutes should i spend running

  1. no pick up runners world magaizine and see running will flatten ur stomach but not scuplt it and besides abs are made in the kitchen not the gym


  2. Crunches baby, do some crunches.

  3. Do at least 100 alternate crunches before you run.  Your abs will be more refine!!!

  4. A strong core is important to run with because it gives a strong foundation for your body. It also helps with running posture so you don't get a sore back.

    While it would be nice if running gave you a 6 pack, that is not true. You should go for a run and then do abwork.

  5. i'm not sure if the actual running gets you abs or not

    but after running crunches, leg throws, sit ups are a good way to sculpt them

    and run a good distance about 3 miles a day and then the crunches, leg throws or sit ups
