  2. yes, your legs will get thinner but muscular! u will then have big legs but big muscular legs, this will tone them and make them look nice! You don't want too skinny legs! :]

  3. Yes, if you have fat on them, but it mostly tones the muscles, and may make them a little bigger.  If there is fat on them, then running up and down the stairs will burn the fat, and make them smaller.
