Does salvia really work?

Hello,,that stuff is pretty weird!! I quit smoking weed after smoking that stuff,,if you can imagine smoking something that makes you say,,"WHAT THE FAQ",WHERE THE FAQ,WHO THE FAQ",,it does something to your optic nerve,,you'll see things for sure,,you'll need someone to be with you,no doubt,because you're gonna try to run away from it,and that's why you have to sign a disclaimer and the smoke shops,,don't try to drive,you'll die,,get a nice deep soft chair and hit it hard 3 times,,be prepared to never smoke again!!I felt like I was like deep inside some kind of gel,but the trip was weird enough to get me off weed,no f-ing kidding!!

Salvia divinorum? It works for getting a high and experiencing magical and strange sensations, so yeah, it works if you want that kind of experience.  But if you're looking for a spiritual experience what's the different between taking salvia or pot? I've never met a spiritual pothead before. They're just potheads. Same with salvia in my opinion.
