Does samsung e250 is a good phone?

I wanted to purchase samsung e250, its cheap and very stylish for me. I don't care about the camera i rarely use them.

now, is it a good phone and is it true that they only have white and black skin with orange highlighted text or i can use themes?

Only white and black, im not sure about that highlighted text though.

Its a really good phone, with a really good price and I want 1 so bad, ima gonna go buy one soon. From what i've heard, it has bluetooth and a really gud screen (although it only has 65k colour) in Australia u can get it for like 80 bucks, thats like the cheapest camera-bluetooth-slider here.
