only the born again or every body ? is it true that he had his enter in heaven limited since Jesus death ? why does God listen to him if God know everything ?

Satan no longer has any place in heaven upon Jesus' death on the cross and His ascension to heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father.  Jesus had exhausted all God's judgments for the sins of all mankind for all time upon Himself so God the Father does not judge anyone anymore for their sins which had already been judged on Jesus.  Moreover the Father has given all judgment to Jesus who will judge all the unsaved at the appointed Day of judgement after His second coming.  Satan therefore has no basis to accuse anyone to the Father but he will try to accuse anyone who opens himself to his accusation on earth.  He goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.  This shows that he cannot devour those who submit to God and resist him.  God bless you.
