Nope, it's free!

The only thing you pay for is listing things you sell. They have charts that tell you how much all of that is. It's not very expensive though.

It is all free all you have to do is go through the steps and give them your E-mail and they just E-ail you tips, what hasn't been bid on so ya its a blast GOOD LUCK!!!

No it doesnt cost money to set up an account.

The only time it costs money is when you buy/sell on Ebay.  When you Buy you only have to pay the seller the agreed amount and the seller then pays Ebay the dues.

However, if you are the one to sell something on Ebay then you have to pay Ebay a percentage of your price.
