Does she have a stomach virus?

I have a friend who's been getting stomach pains for the past three days. (she's only 10 btw) She hasn't been throwing up and doesn't have a fever, but litteraly wakes up in the middle of the night and cannot sleep because of the pain.

Your friend needs to tell her mom.  This isn't something that can be diagnosed online.

You need to get her to the doctor. Any type of stomach pain that deprives a child of sleep needs looking into, PLEASE get her to the doctor ASAP

She needs to see a doctor ASAP. It sounds like it could be something really serious such as appendicitis. It's not a virus if she's not throwing up or having diarrhea.
