Does shower gel expire?

Question

I have some shower gel from 1-2 years ago that was a gift and never really considered using it until I remembered today I had it. Is it possible for the gel to go bad? I tried looking it up, but there seems to be no info on it at all! :P

It doesn't go bad but it will lose some of it's scent. Just like perfume.

yeah, it like loses its gel-ness..lol

it goes totally liquid, it happened to my germ-x.=[

SO SAD.

but I think you can stuff use it. It might not lather too well though

nah. Even if it DID go bad, it wouldn't hurt you.

it will eventually go off but if it looks fine then it will be, its not going to hurt u if it is off anyway

~~The gel won't go bad, however sometimes scents can smell bad after too many years. I would say, your will be fine!~~

it should still be good till now. It's likely to go bad if you had to leave it unused after opening it, it would make a funny looking liquid and its smell could change,

But since yours is still closed than it should be perfectly fine. It's shower gel after all, not milk.
