Does silly string leave stains?

does silly string stain the carpets.....

we're having a party this weekend & if it rains it'll have to be indoors ( crossing fingers its not! ) just wondering what kind of damage silly string does to the uhpulstry

Previous answerer doesn't know squat - read the warning on the label - most "silly string" contains a warning that it WILL stain some fabrics.
