Does sleeping with your eyes open make bags under your eyes

ive bin told that when im asleep my eyes are open, now my entire life my iternal claock has bin messed up, ive had bags uner my eyes for aslong as i can remember, thats probably why i have bags under my eyes, but ive bin getting lots of sleep lately, and they wont go away, does sleeping with my eyes open have anything to do with it??

ive never even heard of that. i sleep with my eyes closed and i have had bags under my eyes for as long as i could remember and they wont go away. maybe its something else?

Most of it is genetic. I have them to. Just get lots of sleep, and try not be stressed to much. I also have heard that when you cry a lot under eye circles appear darker. Not sure if it's true tho. Also drink plenty of water. Getting a bit of color in your face as well as putting cold spoons under eyes may help. Get ShiSeido Benefiance Revitalizing Cream. I got mine from Macy's and just a tiny dab of it does wonders on dark circles.

vitamin E oil,olive oil,cucumbers, & a doctor can also help. I have pretty bad ones so this is all from experience.
