I've been smoking marijuana everyday for the past 5 months, I mainly smoke now to keep up my appetite because I am thin and trying to gain weight and it has been effective because I have gained 20 pounds so far. Every once in awhile I will take one week breaks.

I've noticed i've changed a lot since Ive been smoking everyday, I have a different outlook on life now, I have not noticed any negative effects yet besides being tired. It's cured my depression and given me a better outlook on life. Will marijuana continue changing my outlook on life or does that wear off when you stop using it?

  1. Your just drugged! Snap out of it do you want to be dazed your whole life and be unnaturally cheerful? Read this:

"What are some of the immediate effects of smoking marijuana?

Some immediate physical effects of marijuana include a faster heartbeat and pulse rate, bloodshot eyes, and a dry mouth and throat. No scientific evidence indicates that marijuana improves hearing, eyesight, and skin sensitivity. Studies of marijuana's mental effects show that the drug can impair or reduce short-term memory, alter sense of time, and reduce ability to do things which require concentration, swift reactions, and coordination, such as driving a car or operating machinery. "

" What about psychological dependence on marijuana?

Long-term regular users of marijuana may become psychologically dependent. They may have a hard time limiting their use, they may need more of the drug to get the same effect, and they may develop problems with their jobs and personal relationships. The drug can become the most important aspect of their lives."

Use your head stop using marijuna and then use common sense

  2. Marijuana does change your perspective. It makes you see the beauty and simplicity in everyday things, makes activities funner, and it makes you laugh! And yes, if you got the right biological makeup for it, it can cure depression and anxiety. Only for some time, however. I've been smoking weed pretty much everyday for nearly the past 5 years. I'm trying to quit, and I've got to say, this endeavor has changed my perspective on the world and myself more than smoking all the bowls I've smoked. You figure out who you are when you smoke, but you FIND yourself when you quit. It's amazing, but difficult. I also used it to help me sleep and eat. I've lost 6 pounds so far and I stay up everynight until about 5am. It sucks. So some words of advice, never put this "drug" over anyone you love, and more importantly, don't put it above yourself. This can be a costly habit. Your tolerance will go up and you'll need more to satisfy your high. It also makes ya stupid and kills your memory a little bit as well.

I met many close friends just by using this. I don't believe that it is a drug, or that it is evil. Alcohol has caused more pain and deaths than marijuana HANDS DOWN and so many people go to prison for years for only a little bit of weed. Our prisons are already over-loaded and tax payers are paying for it! Anyway, be a believer in moderation. Don't become a stoned-head. Make something of your life, and enjoy marijuana when your not busy with building yourself up throughout life. It will continue to teach you things, but like I said, it's when you aren't doing it anymore that things get really trippy. Maybe I'm just crazy though...I smoked weed and it made me normal lol!

Be careful, because you're using up alot of the "happy" chemicals, like endorphins and whatnot when you smoke. When/if you quit, you'll be depressed and more anxious. At least for awhile. It's a good thing you are taking a week off every once in awhile, but soon you'll start to crave it all the time, so enjoy, but tread carefully.
