My friend has ceramic braces and she smokes 24/7, I tell her to stop but she is her own person. I can't make her do something she doesn't want to do. But since smoking ciggs stains teeth and ceramic braces, would pot do too? Because she has ceramic braces and their not yellow at all and she smokes marijuana all the time. I dont get it?

  1. Who cares if you got a good buzz.

  2. I don't know, but it sure stains your soul.

  3. Smoking marijuana can yellow your teeth, but 'smoker's toothpaste' should help with the problem. Yellowing is caused by compounds in the smoke, and any method of smoking which filters the smoke will help diminish, but not eliminate the problem.

Cannabis makes teeth fall out: study

pot smokers are not just damaging their lungs and their memory, but are also giving themselves gum disease, according to new research into the illicit habit. that regular cannabis use causes the gums to recede and, in the worst cases, teeth to fall out.

The periodontal disease affected the heaviest smokers worst, with one in four having the chronic condition by the age of 32. :)

  4. sure does been doing it for thirty years.

  5. Yes, and it can do much worse. It starts with stained teeth and then it gos on to infections in the gums and teeth start rotting which leads to getting teeth pulled. Some people have died because the infections messed up their brains.

  6. yes it does stain.  sucks don't it.  They might not have stained yet but within time. There are many who only smoke pot but have the stains from it after many years.  It is just like anything else; coffee, ciggarettes, and other staining habits.

  7. HA this is funny because not only does it stain your teeth, but it stains the BACK of them.. a greenish tinge.  My dentist was telling me about how he can tell who does because of this and it scares them when he mentions it

  8. Yes, it would have to.  Any weeds or plants dried and set on fire to smoke has to stain over time.(Not to mention the rest of the damage) People that smoke think it happens to others and nothing will happen to them because the effects of the smoke take precedence over safety or sensibility!
