Does somebody know a website where I can find my history?

I have been looking for my family history for free on the Internet but there's no place that I have found that could help me find my family history all the way to the beginning. Does somebody know if there is a website that could help me? thanks

    This link it for the Mormon churches vast collection of family history records and they also offer free family tree software (.PAF5).  They have recently started a pilot project which is free for now and  includes US Census records from 1850 - 1900, birth, marriage and death records for some US states, social security death index and much more.

  2. ancestry.com They have a facinating program but you have to pay if you want the best benefits.

  3. www.familysearch.org   it is free provide by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  it has everything that ancestry.com has, plus a little more.

  4. Go to www.ancestry.com. I myself have a profile but like the answer above me says, you might have to pay for the "gold" or whatever membership, but its worth it if you want more information and resources.
