Please except the Veoh service, because Veoh is not available in my country. Also, I want to be a full 23 minutes video per episode. I mean not shared in a lot of parts like on Youtube.

You can try animecrazy.net. It has a lot of different anime shows in full 23 minutes a video. I recall watching Digimon there.
