Does somebody know where to renew a croatian passport in the U.S.? I live in Jacksonville Fl?

My croatian passport expires in 6 months and I don't know where to renew it. Is there something like a croatian immigration or something? I'm from Jacksonville Florida

The Croatian embassy is in Washington, of course, but there are consulates in New York, Chicago and LA.  You can google them and get their phone numbers.
