Does somebody knows if there is a transcription document for commercial pilot?

Im a foreign commercial pilot and i want to aply for the faa license

Go to FAA.GOV or to your local FSDO (Flight Standards District Office). Depending on the nationality of your certificate, they will issue you a U.S Pilot Certificate on the basis of your foreign certificate. However, you will be limited to the limits/ratings on your foreign certificate. And you will have to have your original (foreign certificate) with you while enjoying the privileges.
