  3. Ball handling is not about all that fancy and 1 stuff.....the best know how to dribble with both right and left hands....Dribble everyday before school

  5. I suggest you try dribbling on gravel. The rocks and uneven terrain will make the ball bounce around a bit, which will help your reaction and ball handling. It will seem a lot easier when you get back on the courts.

  6. Dribble a whole lot.. Try this scheduale everyday you will see results.. And be able to out handle/dribble and cross up your friend!

    1. 25 finger push ups

    2. Crossover for 20 minutes

    3. Dribble with Strong hand (weak hand in pocket) 20 minutes

    4. Dribble with weak hand (strong hand in pocket) 40 minutes

  7. If you really want improvement in your ball handling what you should do is buy a tennis ball and practice with that do it for maybe a week or two and you should see a big difference. Steve Nash did this and look where it lead him.

  8. just a lot of practice, make sure you can dribble with both hands. you dont have to be able to do all the fancy stuff you just have to be able to protect the ball and not get it stolen from you. also if you want to be a good guard, you have to be able to run an offense too.
