Does someone know the phone number of State Department of VISA OFFICE, Washington ?

If the VISA case is forwarded to State Department of VISA OFFICE, Washington from India, then where can they be contacted to help them fasten the clearance process(incase they need any additional information). The only phone number they provide to foreigners is [phone] which is mostly busy or unattended. Is there any other phone number through which we can contact them or it is totally black box situation?

I cannot contact any US Senator for help because I am not a US citizen.

unfortunalely , you may not contact a Senator, you are right, since you are not a US citizen.

calling ,will probably be hard for you to get in touch with someone .
