Does someone thats 17 have tha same body and face development of someone whos 19

i think that when someone is 17 they can say there 19 and get away

with it

because there really isnt no difference face wise nor body wise

It depends if you are male or female.

Girls usually stop growing around 15-18 years of age and boys stop growing at 19-25.

And depending on their own personal hormones and genetics can make them an early or late bloomer.

well i am 15 and my sister is 19 and body wise we look similar. the main difference is that i am 10 pounds less than her but have bigger b***s than she does. i was at a restaurant a few days ago and had only a little make up on and my hair was just in a pony tail i was talking to the owner and it got brought up that i was only 15 and she told me she thought i was like 20. so i think some people can get away with it and others cant it, just depends.
