Does sperm cells fight other sperm cells inside the woman?

I have read somewhere that if a girl/woman has s*x with more then 1 man, the sperm cells will actually fight with the sperm of the other man/men.

Is this true?

If so, how do they fight?

If not, Who says they do?

Actually, antibodies in the womans v****a can attack the sperm.  Your body sees sperm as a foreign invader or potential threat and will send antibodies after it to get rid of it.
