I am not sure that the Spicejet program is similar to the Cadet program offer by the airlines in Europe’s and USA. In Cadet program airlines interview the candidate before any training is conducted by the institute they have selected. The selected student need to complete the training then the student flight skill is evaluated again before job offer to him/her. Also, the salary is also negotiated in advance on condition bases at discount rate. Also, you would be signing a long tern contract with the airline at relatively in order for airline to recover time investment they have made in you. For Cadet program, you will still be paying for majority of cost where airline will contribute small amount if you where selected at the end of the training.
