No spiders do not have ears, instead they pick up vibrations in the air and ground in specialized hairs that are all over their body.  They also have specialized hairs that are chemosensitive, which means that they kinda have a sense of smell too.

Also, spiders do NOT have spiracles like insects.  They breath through two or more small slits on the forward portion of the underside of the Abdomen called Book Lungs.  These lungs are stacked passages that allow for transfer of air into the blood stream.

No, spiders do NOT have ears or ear drums.  They "sense" sounds through vibrations via the surface they're on or through the strands of their webbing.

Also, they do not breath through their mouths.  They breath through tiny openings in their bodies called spiracles.  Insects do this also.
