Does spotting after taking the morning after pill mean you are not pregnant?

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm waiting for the spotting. I took the morning after pill 4 years ago and had no spotting and i turned out to be pregnant. I lost the baby 12 weeks later. I am hoping to get spotting this time as it seems to be a good sign that your not pregnant from what i have read. Day three after the pill and praying for the spotting.
If anyone knows the answer please help.
