Does st. johns wort tablets work for mild depression?

It can for some people. Just be careful to monitor your feelings, and it if gets worse, talk to a doctor. Also be aware that some other medications can have adverse drug interaction. If you're taking the birth control pill, you shouldn't take st. John's wort because it can make your pill less effective.

I never had any success personally but then I wouldn't categorize my depression as 'mild'.  Just be careful b/c St. John's Wort can interact with many over the counter and rx medications.  Because it is not FDA approved, there isn't a lot of information available on the interactions so take at your own risk.

yes and it's used widely in Europe. Also eat healthily and get out in the fresh air
