Question:

Does standing and running around at work help your body at all?

So I'm in this health food kick right now (not eating much- blending lunch and dinner together(healthy food), if severely hungry I eat fruit) stuff like that. I just got out of a sport, and I'm losing my muscle mass, I have been walking and or jogging to help keep everything somewhat tight.

I was just wondering, just out of curiosity... Does working for about 5 hours a day (no break, no sitting or leaning) at a fast food job (always running around, cleaning lobby, ect) does that do anything for me? Maybe help drop a few extra calories? Just wondering.

  1. Hey, you don't want to not eat first of all. Eat small meals through out the day to keep your metabolism working right. if you get hungry and eat fruit, be very careful as to wen you eat the fruit and how much you eat of it. try not to eat fruit past 4:00pm. Fruit has natural sugar but sugar turns to fat very fast. I would imagine running around at work helps your body. any moving motion your burning calories so i would say yes your loosing a few callories but not much. Just try to do the best you can, all that really matters is how you feel about yourself anyway.

    Have a good one!
