Does starbucks care about piercings and tattoos?

i'm applying for starbucks in northern california. i was wondering if they care about piercings and tattoos. i have a lip ring and an eyebrow piercing (but my hair covers the eyebrow one).

Dont know about the piercings (havent seen any barista with any other piercings besides ear piercings) but I dont think they would care a lot about tattoos. I didnt see any tattoos that were visiable on the baristas at the store that i go to, but they might have a couple that are just covered up.

you definitely won't get hired if you have lots of visible tattoos, like sleeves, for example. (unless you show up with a long sleeved shirt and don't tell them until after you're already hired).  the reason being is because of the dress code.  it states no visible tattoos or piercings. you'll end up having to cover up and wear long sleeves all of the time and during seasons where there's promotional items, they usually give out t-shirts for the partners to wear. well, you'd have to wear another long sleeve shirt (same color, mind you) underneath the promotional t-shirt to cover your tattoos and it just looks plain stupid. HOWEVER, i don't think they'd care that you dropped out of high school.....i work with a ton of losers who i'm surprised even finished elementary school. i think they are desperate at this point.
