  1. No.  It will give you eyestrain or headaches at worst.  Just take breaks and don't sit too close to the screen.  There is nothing you can do to improve your vision--it's determined by the size and shape of your eyes.  Glasses/contacts can give you clear vision while you wear them if you need them.


  2. it does but only a little just go to the eye doctor and get a pair of reading glasses wear them everytime u are at the computer. Then you just take breaks every 30 mins or so

  3. saying that it "destroys" your vision may be a bit of an overstatement, but overtime, it might worsen.  

    try to take a break every half hour/hour or so to rest your eyes.  if you stay at the computer for lengthy time periods, your eyes are adjusted to seeing/reading from the computer screen, that way when you finally take your eyes off, it will strain them to look at other things.  you may not feel the strain, but it happens.  try reading things from different distances, that way you won't 'lose' your vision as quickly.

    carrot juice is good for your eyes too ;)
