Does sticking your head out of a window of a car affect your face?

Just picture all the bikers out there.  They have there heads out in the wind all day.  After a full day of riding your face does have alot of road grime built up on it which will clog your pores and possibly lead to pimples. All that smag, and grease and dirt kicked up by cars can be pretty grody by the end of the day.

Also consider wind and sun burns.  On really windy very dry days in the desert, the wind make your face dry and chaped just as bad as the sun can.

it would if a truck comes speeding down beside your car and wipes your head off. =]

when all the dust and germs come in your face it's not good for you what if something happend. what if you bang your head on a truck etc.
