  5. It will DESTROY your hair over time, even with a protection spray. I always straighten my hair, but that's why I'm getting bio-ionic straightening done. It lasts forever on your hair and you wont need to use a flat iron :D!

  6. Yes, try to prevent this by using plenty of conditioner and use heat defence sprays and serums!

  7. It does damage air but using a protecting spray or balm for your hair type should help reduce the damage also give your hair a rest try not to staighten all the time x

  8. i do too....and u get split ends after a while...but just get the ends cut off like every 4 months and ur hair will be fine!!!! that way your hair wont look ratty at the bottom....thats what i do!!!!

    good luck...

  9. Your hair is so important.

Why would you feel the need to straighten it everyday.

Basically your just burning your hair everyday..until it singes..

I don't straighten my hair a lot..and If I do..I try to limit myself to once a fortnight.

Leave your hair to form natural curls or waves and add light, perfume free products to give it a beautiful smell and texture.

I hope I helped. Stop straightening..It's bad! and you cannot "repair" it with Pantene..It takes more than that!

  10. yes it does damage it but you can repair it with pantene

  11. yes it will damage it.

your hair won't be as soft or smooth and you'll have a lot of split ends!

but if you get a certain shampoo or mouse then it will prevent it!

also, my friend has a straightener that works on steam so it also prevents it from damaging! but she still has a lot of split ends so i wouldn't recommend it.

  12. Not if you blow dry very thoroughly 1st and use a ceramic iron =)

  13. My hair was straightened and its not damaged at all what you would have to do is oil treat it every two week and use a lot of oil based conditioners to keep the the hair moisturized. Avoid hair tangles

  14. YES!! dont do that its very bad! it will break your hair, dry it out, and you will not be able to straighten it after a while because it will become so dry and dead.

  15. heat damage can dry out your hair and you definitely notice split ends more. Use serums/heat protector sprays.

  16. straightening your hair too often can damage your hair, causing split ends or making it unhealthy. if you dont straighten it too much i dont think your hair will be effected to badly - only if you do it alot! but you can use hair protection spray (best product to use when straightening hair) - it will help keep your hair healthy and protect it from the damage! you can buy hair products from your local supermarket or chemist that will revitalise your hair and improve it. or if you just get it cut a bit more often your hair wont suffer too much!

  17. Yes it will burn and dry out your hair. Make sure you use a good conditioner when you wash and a good product to protect your hair when you straighten it.

  18. it might damage your hair. you can go to shoppers and get special shampoo and/mousse , and it helps , if you wash it daily and properly your hair should be fine though.

  19. Buy a heat protection spray from your chemist's. Spray onto your hair every time you start a new section. This will stop your hair getting damaged.

  20. ABSOLUTELY!!! I straightened my hair every day for 3 years and it definately damaged it.

  21. yes it will damage and break ur hair
