Does sugar really hurt eye sight?..should i be scared of it?..i would appreciate very informative answers?..?

I realize many of you will say it depends how much but thats not just it also give me information on the source of the rumor and how seriously it should be taken and what measures i can take to protect myself from the risk?..i am already an addict at present?..sort of?..

Its a Diabetic thing , diabeties can wreck havoc on the body even the eyes , you need to take eye vitamins and take care of your eyes there are such things called eye exercises

-Diabetes hurts your eye sight, it can lead to blindness.  Are you diabetic?  If so, you need to take really good care of yourself, because blindness is only one of the bad things that can happen to you.  If not, sugar-anything actually-is bad in excessive amounts.  The best health rule is:   all things in moderation!  Does this answer your question?
