  1. Yes, I'm not exactly sure why but sunset usually involves bright pink, red, orange, and yellow colors while sunrise is usually just yellow

  2. Yes it does, it is to do with the angle of light and the absorption of differing parts of the spectral light, because we see the light bent at different angles at dawn and dusk, we see the colours light up the sky in  a different order, we also see some aspects of the behaviour of the sky, only at one or other of the times, "Flashover" is one fairly rare phenomena, that is only possible at dusk, when the sky gives us a light show momentarily, with a last brilliant "flash" before disappearing below the horizon, and night falls...you may have to wait for some time before seeing one take place, but it is worth every evenings wait....

  3. Absolutely Yes.

Sunrise is the instant at which the upper edge of the Sun appears above the horizon in the east. Sunrise should not be confused with dawn, which is the (variously defined) point at which the sky begins to lighten, some time before the sun itself appears, ending twilight.

Sunset, also called sundown in some American English dialects, is the instant when the trailing edge of the sun's disk disappears below the horizon in the west. It should not be confused with dusk, which is the point at which darkness falls, some time after the beginning of twilight when the sun itself sets.
