No, it doesn't. Superman: Ride of Steel is a giga coaster. Giga coasters are designed for speed and height not looping. Most giga coasters are around 300 feet tall and usually go around 90 mph.

Are you talking about the one in Maryland?  I've been on that one.  It's got spirals that you go around in a circle, but nothing upside-down.  One great big hill... a bunch of smaller hills... a lot of speed.... and some circles.  No upside-down stuff.  It was really fun, especially in the front seat.
