  1. It can dry out your skin, and not so great if you tend to swallow a lot of water while you swim either.


  2. Test the pool water. Now test the water you use to shower or bathe.

    They should read about the same, unless you are on well water.

    Swim & enjoy.

    Just keep the chlorine level in the good range.

  3. It can damage your hair, dry out your skin, and there have even been studies saying that breathing in the chlorine does lung damage, or at least is correlated with a decrease in lung capacity.
